I feel compelled to write this review for Nicole Costantino. Oddly enough she was the selling agent for a home I had bought myself to reno and resell. I watched as she negotiated for her client and was determined to get the best deal. When my agent kept coming back in forth with purchase negotiations, I thought to myself, " this other agent is a rock star"! So, guess what? I am now purchasing another home and I reached out to her to see if she would be my agent and she of course said yes! Best decision I ever made. She found me a home in 2 weeks, helped me come up with a good offer because there were many offers and the selling agent was doing best and final. Out of 16 offers mine was accepted! I am closing on March 30th, 2023. If you are looking for a top-notch agent in this crazy market look no further. If I could have given her a 10-star review, I would have. She will be without a doubt my agent in any deals I do going forward. Call her you will not be disappointed!!!!
