I came across Nicole’s business card at an open house that I attended. I decided to take a picture of it, in case I ever needed a realtor. It was the smartest thing I ever did! When I was finally ready to buy my first house, I gave her a call. She immediately answered the phone. She asked me what I was looking for (likes and dislikes) in a house. After explaining, what I was looking for she started introducing potential homes. We drove around ohh-ing and aww-ing at different houses, until BAM!! There it was! I saw my new home and fell in love. She answered all my questions, organized walk-throughs, and helped with all the paperwork. She was not shy in asking the previous homeowners any of my questions. And when it came time to negotiate, WHHHHHOAAA, let me tell you, she can go toe to toe with the best of them. Now, I love my new home and I have her to thank. She made it as stress free as buying a house could be, and she was always available whenever I needed her. As someone who had never purchased a house before, I really appreciated her patience, attention to detail, availability, and that she thought of what would keep me happy in years to come. I highly recommend Nicole. If you are in need of a realtor, give her a call. Who knows, it might be the smartest thing you ever do. ??
