Nicole made an extremely stressful process feel at least a little more relaxing & enjoyable. If there was a question she didn't know the answer to (which were not many) she quickly found out & got back with us. And she always got back us within a very reasonable amount of time. Even it was late & I needed a little extra reassurance, she was there. She was open & honest; sometimes much more honest than she had to be. We highly recommend. And a little side note is that Nicole was not our 1st realtor - she was our 2nd, after our 1st not only tried to rush us into homes that weren't right for us, but had also given us false info on more than 1 occasion. I couldn't be happier that we switched to Nicole when we did.
Very knowledgeable of the area and right off the bat she had 8 or 9 properties with descriptions and price scheduled every day until we found our beautiful home. She never pressured us and was always ready to keep finding homes to look at.When we had questions and we had many because we were from out of state she would answer them promptly. This being a seller’s market she would always encourage us to go for it and if they didn’t accept we would go for another. But our 1st bid they accepted with help from my wife’s letter she wrote to the owner and Nicole’s encouragement we got it! Nicole was Great!
