My wife and I went with Nicole's team, specifically Tara Moen, to represent us during our first home purchase. We based this decision on the financial incentives they offered as well as their reputation online. It didn't hurt that they were the realtors who met us to show the house we fell in love with and ended up buying - we didn't want to waste any time before putting an offer in!Tara did a good job guiding us through the process. We had lots of questions and she was patient and informative when giving us the answers we needed. Her negotiation strategies worked well to get us the home we wanted at a good price, with lots of minor repairs covered at the seller's expense to make the home move-in ready. However, we do have two complaints. First, we were charged a $495 retainer fee after being told we would not during the initial interview. I don't mind paying a fee, but this was a breach of trust. Second, Tara made multiple comments about our "random" out-of-state lender, despite them being a reputable national bank with thousands of five-star reviews on Zillow, LendingTree, and other major sites. Despite these glitches, our overall experience with Tara and the Vanguard Group of Keller Williams Southern Arizona was positive. We would recommend them for any future home purchase.
