Nicole was courteous, positive, professional, efficient and caring throughout every step of this process. We had never sold a house before and at the beginning were very anxious and a bit worried about how this would all play out. She was able to answer every question we had, and she always responded immediately to any messages we sent, whether text, phone or e-mail. Nicole was invaluable in helping us get ready to list and show our home, and we're sure that, because of her guidance, we received several very good offers the first day, one of which was accepted, and the sale was completed to our satisfaction.
