This sale wouldn't have been completed without Nicole. Buyer had a very inexperienced realtor. She had to hold her hand and train her every step of the way. Added onto this was a loan officer who was lazy and pushed everything off unto his assistant. Wouldn't question something he didn't understand. He just tabled it until escrow was suppose to close in 3 work days. So escrow didn't close for 7 days after scheduled close date. Nicole was on top of it at every turn. She keep me sane every time it went off the rails.
