This has been a lesson. I would never recommend Nicole or Trademark to anyone. I trusted them both, they are the Expert. That’s what I paid them for us to be looking out for my best interest. There’s an overabundance of stuff wrong with this house so disappointed that I paid them to look out for me.

Nicole was simply amazing. It was my first time buying a house and I did not know a lot about it and it was a scary experience, Nicole guided me through the whole process and her enthusiasm and excitement for me was apparent, but for me the most important thing she did was be my advocate throughout the whole experience, she understood what I wanted and did not stop until she delivered just that. Always professional and no matter what, good or not so good she was honest with me. She went above and beyond to get me in touch with the best team, from securing a loan with the best terms to the best contractors even after the sale was over and done. She was very patient with me and explained every step that had to happen to get the deal done. She was my hero when negotiating with a difficult seller and sellers agent, she advocated for me to ensure I did not get the raw end of the deal. She utilized her vast knowledge when formulating offers to give the best odds. She also consistently kept in mind what was within my means and that meant the world to me, she made me feel that she was looking out for my best interest which was vital to me since I am a single mother, she made sure that I could afford and maintain my home and still provide for myself and my child and I will be forever grateful for that.
