I recently closed on a home with Nicole, and have been extremely pleased with her throughout the entire process. My home search lasted approximately 6 months; I was not in a huge hurry and could take my time. Nicole is extremely knowledgeable in her field and has the heart of a teacher in helping me understand various options, contractual terms, etc. Nicole has been professional, courteous, and focused on my needs & wants during the entire process - she has been a good steward and advocate on my behalf - she was passionate and dedicated to the idea of helping me purchase not just any home at any cost, but to help ensure that I got the right home for me, and that it made sense to do so. She was not pushy at all and very supportive when I opted to cancel a contract on the first house during the option period. I've worked with other agents, who, while knowledgeable in their field, have not worked proactively to be an agent for me, but rather to simply close the sale to get a commission - this is NOT Nicole.
