As someone who was a first time home buyer and was living out of state I needed to make sure that the agent that I worked with had excellent communication skills, connections within the industry and on top of their game and Nicole met all of my needs. She responded to my texts, calls and email very promptly, connected me to my inspector, structural engineer, mortage broker and attorney and the entire team was great.
