Nicole was very patient with me and explained in detail when I had questions. She definitely looked after my best interests and put me first. She looked for things in houses that I never would have thought about looking for. Overall it was a fantastic experience and I really appreciate her vast knowledge of the market. We found Nicole through a review we read online. Moving from TX to NC buying house unseen, my first home purchase. We were unable to come to NC to handle anything ourselves. Firstly she traveled an hour and a half one way MULTIPLE times to take video walk-throughs and check on updates and repairs as needed. We had to sell our house in Texas and close on our house in NC at the same time. She Navigated our virtual needs and didn't let our inability to be there slow her down in the least. She went into the crawl space and attic and checked out the house in fine detail to point out any issues. Nicole is very personable and cares about her clients and will fight for whatever they need. She has built an amazing network of everything you could possibly need during this process. She has top notch negotiation skills to get work done and have her clients walk away from the table completely happy. She is quick to respond and leaves no questions unanswered. She is comfortable and experienced at taking the reigns and guiding you through the process. Even after closing she has answered our questions and followed up with us. Nicole helped us sell our house and buy some wonderful land to build our dream home on. She was always expedient, professional, very thorough, and made sure we knew what we were signing and agreeing to. Her follow-through is better than anyone else we've worked with in the past, making sure things that were promised were actually completed. Nicole also was available almost around the clock when those late night questions came up and was always just a text away. It's bittersweet that our journey is ending with Nicole because she's become very endeared to our family. You can't go wrong hiring Your New House Lady!
