Nicole is hands down the best agent in the Tampa Bay Area. I have nothing but positive things so say about her, our experience, and how she runs her business. Nicole helped my husband and I close on our very first home! We had a lot of questions and learning the ins and outs was very important to us. Nicole was patient with us, took the time to explain processes, set expectations, and went above and beyond by sending us researched articles on information we should be aware of, and never hesitated to hop on a call if she wasn’t with another client. She is knowledgeable in all aspects of the real estate business and always had an answer to our questions. We went under contract on a new construction home roughly 5 months before we closed, but Nicole didn’t leave us hanging until closing day. She was there for us every step up the way, stayed in touch with the builder regarding updates and fixes, and advocated for us when the building processes wasn’t moving along as it should. You can tell she truly cares about her clients and makes you feel that purchasing or selling your home is as important to her as it is to you.
