Review for Nicole, My name is Jonathan Sanders, this review is to praise Nicole Anderson for her amazing service to me and my family over the last 3.5 years. Nicole Anderson was my agent to assist in selling my mom’s house after my mom passed away. Family and house issues made the transaction a non-trivial matter. We were under contract 5 times. 4 of those fell through, some the day or week before closing. Nicole knew she was not going to be making much money on this sale and she stuck with me anyways. She arranged for the house to be shown countless times, oversaw numerous inspections and scheduled other issues to be resolved. She was very kind when family prevented me from being able to sell. The probate court in Pell City was excellent and assisted me – they trusted everything that came from my agent, Nicole, and after a lot of discovering problems that we did not nor could not have known about, we got the house sold. I realized the other day I had spoken to Nicole 15 – 20 times per month over the last few years and she was professional, kind, and frankly a joy to speak with everytime, even when the situation became grim and frustrating. I also am one to despise real estate agents. I feel that in most situations they do not add value. Nicole added huge value to this sale and I cannot repay her what she gave, my prayer is God pays her back 7 fold in good for the good she gave.
