Let me tell you a little something about Nicole Anderson. This woman went above and beyond for me to make sure that all of my needs and requests were not only met but exceeded. She is the best realtor I’ve ever had and I will absolutely be going back to her the next time I purchase a home. From searching for possible real estate options, exploring payment programs, and even just being an ear when I needed one, Nicole is one of the purest souls I have met on this earth and based on her ratings and experience I’m clearly not the only person that thinks so. I’m proud to have her as a realtor for life and I would recommend her to anyone.

Nicole was great to work with. She helped us purchase the home and then to sell it. We used her based off of recommendations from friends originally, and couldn't have been more pleased. She is knowledgeable, helpful, and really knows the area. She was more than just a realtor, she helped us find contractors and solve problems that most realtors wouldn't even care about. It was a great experience, we got an offer the day of the listing, and closed in 2 weeks for virtually full asking, with a full price backup offer. You can't ask for a better sales experience.
