Before her career in real estate, Nicole owned and operated a beloved children’s boutique on the island. Today, she and her husband continue to invest in the community as owners of three popular local restaurants. Nicole and her husband are the proud parents of two children. Their son recently graduated from Florida State University and is beginning a career in finance, while their daughter is a student at Fernandina Beach High School, where Nicole can often be found cheering her on at basketball games.  Nicole and her family are also active members of St. Michael’s Catholic Church, where faith and community continue to shape their daily lives. Outside of work, Nicole treasures time spent along Amelia Island’s beaches with their labradoodle Charlie, supporting local businesses, and gathering with friends and family. Grateful for the island’s unmatched beauty and sense of community, she is passionate about helping others find not just a home, but a place where their own stories can unfold.
