Working with Nicole made me realize how crucial it is to have an outstanding agent in an incredibly competitive housing market! We went into our home search with really no idea how competitive the market was, and little idea of what kind of home we were looking for. Nicole offered guidance but was never pushy, and was incredibly patient with our constantly changing requirements and expectations. When we did submit offers, she was on-the-ball, instantly responsive, and always pushing for our best interest. In the end we found an amazing home which suits our family perfectly.
