Nikki was great to work with from the get go, she came out of the gates with houses with the specifications I asked for. Made sure that we were able to view the houses we wanted. She was patient, kind, took our phone calls, worked with the mortgage broker and got them to get our mortgage completed in the time we wanted. She follows up with us and makes sure that everything is going good. She also got the seller to quit stalling in the end so we could close and move into our new home immediately. I have already recommended her to several people we know looking for a home.

Nikki went all the way to sell my house; she is totally different to most realtors who just put on a "FOR SALE" sign on the yard, take a few photos and then wait to be lucky. Then, when nothing happens, they asked you to lower the price. Nikki is extremely professional, extremely diligent and really trying hard to get the house sold. She gave me advice to make the house more attractive (colors, repairs, etc.) and she helped me in every way possible. Finally, we sold the house at the right price. I will always thank Nikki for her help, she sure did go the extra mile for me.
