Nicol was referred to me thru my nail tech. (I know crazy right?) I was nervous, excited, and very unexperienced with the home buying process but Nicol never made me feel like a inconvenience to her. I went thru many ups and downs in the process (things like my credit going down, or having a tough time getting documents, switching mortgage companies...etc) However Nicol was very informative, patient, kind, hands on and professional. I looked at OVER 10 houses but Nicol did everything in her power to make sure I purchased the perfect home that would fit me. She basically held my hand every step of the way thru inspections, EMD process, the closing process, email replies...etc.. And as I sit on my couch with my glass of wine I am still very much in love with my home as the day I purchased it in March 2017!!
