I am an out of state buyer. Nicole made the experience as smooth as possible by always quickly responding to calls, texts and emails. She has great knowledge about the real estate home buying process. She understood my position as a property investor and made excellent recommendations regarding investor focused features: size, location, rental market, bedrooms. She patiently showed several homes over two trips and enthusiastically supported my search without being pushy. During the situation this year, she arranged for a facetime review of the home and went back to check up on a few question I had later when I could not visit the home in person.

The moment I met her, we were talking like old friends...the comfort level she creates is super important as I was a first time home buyer & scared out of my mind. Nicol was ALWAYS available for any of my emails or calls, my (sometimes repeat) questions...she never expected me to "just know" what things meant & would always take the time to explain them to me in detail. There were times things didn't go as planned & she was always there to rectify the situation or to fight for me. Nicol had been suggested to me by my parents who found their current home with her & they could not have been more right about her. You will not regret choosing Nicol!
