Nico knew the situation I was in and needed to pull the trigger fast on a new home! He provided me with sale's of home in the area I was looking for. He had a day of showing house's and after looking at a few we knew the first on we looked at was the one! The house had solar panels on it and Nico took the time to read the whole contract on the solar panels, then explaining to me how the contract worked. Nico set me up with a lender that helped the process go even faster. Look the bottom line is Nico can provide any assistance you need to buy your forever home and I would recommend him to anyone that ask me if I know a realtor.
