As first time home buyers we were glad to work with Nico. He was attentive throughout a long search and always offered insight that helped us make the best decisions for our situation.

Nico was such a great pleasure to work with over the last several months. I had a very specific set of criteria I was looking for that made finding that right home very difficult. He took us to well over a dozen homes, sometimes at the end of the work day or on weekends, and was always very accommodating. I had many hurdles during my house search, even having to cancel a contract on two separate cases due to issues I had discovered afterwards, and he talked me through it and worked with the sellers on getting the contracts canceled. He was very patient, attentive, and responsive throughout the whole process. Most times he immediately answered the phone when I called, and several times when he was tied up with other clients he texted me right away letting me know that he would call me soon. There were several times that Nico was was able to demonstrate to me his knowledge of construction, which was very beneficial. I highly recommend Nico to anyone looking to buy, sell, or rent a home. I will definitely use his services if I am ever in need of a real estate professional again.

Nico was very helpful during our house rental search. He was extremely responsive and went out of his way to help us find the best fit for us.He showed us several houses in the South Tampa area that wanted. One house that we loved and wanted to see he was able to gain access for us. We ended up finding our own house rental, but he was a great resource!
