Nickole was highly recommended from a couple that I knew. After meeting with her I could understand why she was able to tell me how much the updates that I had completed in the house cost and provided a great base price for the house. She provided me with a few ideas to help update or complete a few rooms in the house to increase the value and overall appeal of the house. She did a great job staging the house for the selling. I believe her knowledge and understanding of the ever changing housing market help sell the house in less than a day. She was there to answer any questions I had throughout the process. I would recommend Nickole to anyone that is looking at selling their home.
