About Nickole

Hi, I'm Nikki! I'm a Pacific Northwest girl through and through. I love everything this area has to offer—from sunny afternoons on the lake to discovering a new local brewery or cheering on the Seahawks every fall. While my husband, Ryan, and I spend plenty of time working, we're just as passionate about building a life we love outside of work. Right now, that means bringing our dream lake house to life, a project that's been years in the making and one of our biggest adventures yet. Our story is a little unconventional—we actually met in a mosh pit at a metal concert. Years later, we're still chasing adventures together, whether that's tackling our next home project, enjoying a fancy dinner with a great bottle of wine, or simply relaxing on the deck with an IPA, our Great Dane by our side, and our two cats never too far away. People are often surprised to learn that while I love hard rock and metal music, I'm also the first person to suggest a marathon of The Office or just about any cooking competition show. I'm a self-proclaimed foodie who appreciates everything from an incredible chef's tasting menu to a late-night fast-food run. In fact, chicken nuggets might just be one of my favorite foods. The only thing you won't catch me doing is watching scary movies—I prefer to sleep at night! At the heart of it all, I'm someone who values experiences over things. Whether it's spending time with family, making memories with friends, exploring somewhere new, or soaking up every sunny day the Pacific Northwest gives us, I believe life is meant to be enjoyed. If there's one thing I hope people take away after meeting me, it's that I'm genuine. What you see is what you get. I love to laugh, I don't take myself too seriously, and I believe the best relationships—whether in business or in life—start with being yourself.
