Nickole is a great, professional, and hardworking agent that will have your back. When our property had a late notice viewing Nickole was there. When Nickole represented us to buy a property she did her due diligence to make sure everything was accounted for. As we toured other properties Nickole was patient, knowledgeable on the home’s structure and the neighborhoods. When the buyer’s agent for our home and the home inspector tried to give us the “run-around” Nickole was there to inform that party what they were entitled to, what we were responsible for, and if the buyer wanted an extra provisions they had to pay for it themselves. That was a lifesaver because they buyers of our home had a list of unreasonable demands after the home inspection (such as requiring a license drywall company to seal a small 1/8” gap between the drywall and a cabinet). When our current home came onto the market Nickole immediately cleared her schedule so that we may view the property the day of. I will easily have Nickole represent my family again for my future real estate needs and recommend her to friends and family.

I wasn’t expecting to buy a house but Nickole just seems to intuitively understand her client’s wants and needs. I had been renting for a 1-1/2 years and thought it would be a while before I bought a house again. But deep down I wanted to own a house again.
