He provided information pertinent to insure even the smallest details were not overlooked. He pointed out a few details to make sure there were no problems with the home we considered purchasing. He stays on top of anything going on and will even remember to check things off that you might have forgotten about. I would usually be overloading him with a bunch of houses I am interested in and he would have them all set and ready to be viewed , one after another in no time at all! Which is definitely something you need in todays crazy market. He has extensive knowledge of household things to look for too, so he’s kind of like having a realtor/inspector all in one.
