I have purchased a home with this agent, and besides the knowledge and skills that he posses, I felt really comfortable throughout the whole process! I had many questions, which were all answered. I have requested to see many homes as I was not sure what I really wanted to settle on, and not once did I feel that I overextended my stay. He helped me with selecting the best house, making sure that the roof, furnace etc were all in great shape! Best of this experience was that he answers texts and calls at all hours; I have worked with other agents that don't bother calling you on the weekends.
