In this challenging market, I do my best to stay responsive, though at times communication may be slightly delayed as I balance multiple active clients. Transactions have become more complex and require constant communication between multiple parties to keep everything on track. For seller signings, I’m typically not present since those are quick appointments at the title company. I work closely with the title team to ensure all documents are completed and there are no questions on either end, making it very easy when it comes time for sellers to sign the final deed and close out their sale. Especially when sellers are out of state, timing can be tricky to coordinate, so it’s common for them to sign at their own convenience. I thought I had set that expectation up front, so I apologize if that got missed along the way. I truly appreciate your input and will continue to focus on communication and setting clear expectations to make the process as smooth as possible.
