Nicki was a dream to work with when looking for and buying our house. She was very quick to pick up on our likes/dislikes and found us the perfect home. We were buying for out of the local area and was only able to be there for 1 day to look at houses but she managed to organize nearly a dozen showings for us. Nicki was always quick to respond to my emails/texts during the whole process which was a life saver because she stood in for us during inspections and repairs. Even though we were 100s of miles away, I had no worries because Nicki was always looking out for us. I first met Nicki while my husband was deployed. I was really nervous about starting to look for our first home as we didn't know where to even start. The first time I met her at a house, she gave me a package full of helpful information including what we would need upon deciding to buy a house. For us that was very helpful to know what would we be getting ourselves in to. Her and I saw many houses. And in each one, she was able to tell me what needed to bring attention to the seller, her knowledge on what would need replaced if something in the house was recalled was excellent! She guided me through every step needed. She answered all my questions. I honestly didn't feel like I was talking to a relator, but to a friend that was helping me find THE house. To me and my husband, that was important, because we didn't want to feel taken advantage of. I was beyond thankful to have found Nicki. We felt like she when above and beyond for us. She made our First Time Buyers experience a non-stressful process. I know I will be calling her again when we decide to Buy/Sell again in the future! Thank you Nicki!!!

Nicki was phenomenal to work with! She was very responsive via text/email/phone and kept in constant contact with us. When complications arose during negotiations and closings, she helped us explore our options so that we felt comfortable making a decision...and we had a LOT of decisions to make! Nicki did a fantastic job of helping us find a home. She was agreat about showing us homes we liked quickly. After we put an offer on our home she was always available to help us with negotiations and finding good contractors and inspectors. Every time I needed her help she was responsive and always available to help with any problems.
