Nick was awesome! He was there for us every step of the way, and always made us feel like we were the only thing he had going on! We listed our condo shortly after Hurricane Ian came through and had no idea what to expect. Nick used his knowledge of social media to create a buzz about our listing and we had an offer (the one we accepted) within 24 hours! It was amazing! Nick is honest, knowledgeable, responsive, has integrity and is a pretty cool guy too! If you need a real estate agent, use him!
