Thanks to Nick’s expertise, our first-time home buying experience was virtually flawless. His guidance and advocacy on our behalf gave us confidence that we would find a good fit, in spite of the current difficult market. As Nick put it, “just be patient, and the right place will pop up.” He was right. We had keys in hand less than two months from the day we officially began searching. It was due to Nick’s efforts (along with the excellent loan agent he connected us with) that we avoided any pitfalls. Along the way, everything was explained professionally, in clear and simple terms, and any potential red flags with properties were pointed out right away.
