It has been such a pleasure working with Nick on purchasing my new townhome. Nick was very dedicated staying in communication with the builder realtor during the year long process while the townhome was being built. As the townhome was nearing completion, Nick made sure all the items were addressed to ensure a smooth closing. Nick displayed a professional mannerism throughout the year long process. I would highly recommend Nick and would use him in the future for any real estate needs.
