Dealing with Nick and the team at Schnieder Properties was an extremely fantastic and seamless experience. Nick treated us like family and took extra time to help with his guidance throughout the whole buying process. Nick's knowledge of the area, and relationships he's built here in the South Bay were absolutely a positive and helped get the deal done for us, when dealing with the seller who had other offers in hand. I'd have no problem speaking to anyone first hand in more detail about going with Nick and his team at Schnieder Properties for buying and achieving their dream home.
