Nick was an absolute pleasure to work with for our home purchase. My husband and I are demanding clients since we are first time homeowners. We changed our minds multiple times over the course of 6 months on the type of place we wanted and we also had a complicated negotiation process with the seller. Nick was extremely patient with our many questions and held our hands throughout the process. We are extremely happy with the home we ended up getting and Nick played a big role in that.
