First Time Homebuyer!

Nick was perfect to work with in our position as first-time homebuyers. No amount of independent pre-research can take the place of a real estate agent like Nick who takes the time to explain strategies involved in finding the perfect home for the perfect price. Nick went out of his way to be with us during site visits and worked at all hours to negotiate with lenders and seller. Nick was open and honest with us about challenges we would face during the current homebuying wave.
