Sold my condo with Nick

Anything that could go wrong did go wrong with selling my condo. Multiple buyer cancellations, a troublesome HOA, crazy buyers and their agents, and more. Nick was there every step of the way. He was always quickly available when I needed him and worked around my schedule. I was concerned about my cats getting out or being locked in a closet after showings but he made sure to check for them and keep me in the loop. Thank you for everything, Nick!
