Nick Monson

We met Nick while touring Parade of Homes. Although we weren't interested in the current home he was selling, he offered to help us work with a different builder. The experience was great in every way. As we were working with Nick we ran across an existing home that we were interested in. We saw the house on Sunday, Nick brought us back Monday and we made an offer Monday. All along Nick assured us he would get our house sold and he did. In fact he presented 2 offers the weekend the house went on the market, both at or above our asking price. His quick reaction to changing conditions in our process allowed us to not only get the house we wanted (which had multiple offers), but also sell our house super quickly to ensure there was no danger of purchasing the new house without selling our existing. Great experience all around, would recommend Nick to anyone looking to buy or sell.

Working with Nick was a great experience. I was able to get in touch with him at anytime, which was very appreciated considering how fast the market was moving. He's professional but at the same time makes it a relaxing experience. I would definitely recommend him to anyone in search of a home.
