Nick was very professional and took his time to explain in details the value of our property and comparing our home to other listings. He ensured that he heard our opinion and provided his feedback to ensure we had the best pricing. He is a great listener, responsive, patient, and truly showed that he cared. Selling a home can be stressful! However, Nick made it easy by addressing any concerns or issues that arose when dealing with the buyer.
