Knowing that I had looked for for a very long time for the perfect condo, and knowing that this was the right one for me, Nick strongly suggested that I make a strong offer on the spot since competition is so fierce in Ocean City. So I did. Many showings were scheduled for the following day, and Nick did not want me to lose it or be involved in a bidding war. He was in touch with the sellers' agent frequently so that all my questions were answered satisfactorily. The offer was accepted, and I made settlement a month later. I am very pleased.
