I have had the pleasure of working with Nick Libert on two separate occasions. First, he was a former customer of mine and then choosing Nick to sell my condo. I have worked with the top brokerages across the country in a previous job. When it came to picking a realtor, I had the upper hand in knowing what brokerage/realtor knew the market, but demanded excellence when representing a listing online. The condo was a bit quirky but Nick knew exactly how to market the property from marketing (photographs, online presence, write-up) to pricing it right within the market. I had non-stop showings and an offer within days. Nick and his incredible team (shout out to Tabren) were their to lead the way during the entire process. I only have one regret … I did not contact Nick prior to listing!. Nick knew what would create value and what to leave “as is” and solid advice. I could have saved myself some time and money if I spoke with him first. Thanks Nick – appreciate all the work you and your team provided!
