Nick was always there when we needed him. Our situation was not ideal in that our condo was for sale during the COVID crisis and in an area where there were protest marches, yet he managed to market, show, and sell our place regardless of all that. Many times he went above and beyond what was necessary, always gave us sound advice, and followed up every lead. The sale itself went smoothly with minimal involvement on our part. Nick handled it all. Could not recommend more highly!
