Nick was amazing all around in helping us buy our second home. We were moving back to the area we are originally from and were on a very short time crunch due to the quick sale of our old house and job relocation. Nick took everything we wanted into consideration and scheduled as many showings for us as possible so we could see all of the options. He worked to negotiate the exact price and closing date that we wanted and we were able to move into our new home 1 day after we had to move out of our old one. This was the best experience with Nick we could have asked for!
