My partner and I met Nick at an open house. We found him to be professional and knowledgeable but not pushy. He specializes in historic and mid century homes that we love. Working with him over several months and showing us several homes he finally brought our attention to a home not yet listed "for sale". It was just what we wanted. He was instrumental in successful negotiations with the seller and subsequent inspections of the home. Closing turned out to be a breeze. Without Nick's help we would never have found this perfect home!
