When we first contacted Nick about selling our house, he said he needed a couple of days to get all the info on our property. Well it took only a couple of hours and he was ready to start the process. All along the way if we had any questions or concerns, he was there to answer them. He did a great job of taking pictures and getting them posted on the internet. Because we were moving out of town he went above and beyond to ensure that the house was always ready to be seen. Nick was very professional and knowledgeable. He helped out in various ways that went above and beyond what was expected. Since we were not in Tucson, he went to the house to be there for plumbing inspections and repairs and also replaced a padlock on the back gate. We highly recommend Nick.

I was looking to purchase a house in Tucson while living in the East Coast, and I was looking for a property with some architectural interest. Nick's knowledge of architecture and his interest in it provided expertise I was looking for.
