Incredible! Available! Sincere! Knowledgeable about the entire state of Colorado. I was an out of state buyer who connected with Nick with no previous idea of what or where I was looking to live. When asked, Nick responded in a timely manner with an abundance of info, more so than I could have asked for, on each and every property or town I inquired about. When I finally moved to Colorado, I was still in search of the place for my family and I to end up. Nick was willing, without complaint, to ensure every property that lined up with my check boxes was looked at, and every property I found was scheduled for a walkthrough regardless of if it was short notice or not. We visited over 100 homes all across the Denver and surrounding areas from Jan to Sept, and Nick always provided thorough feedback about the area, the terms of the sale, and even helped narrow down pros and cons for each property, no matter if it was our first visit, or 100th. I will be asking Nick to represent my family and I in the future, and anyone I know searching for a home in the Colorado market. 10 Stars!
