Incredible! Available! Sincere! Knowledgeable about the entire state of Colorado. I was an out of state buyer who connected with Nick with no previous idea of what or where I was looking to live. When asked, Nick responded in a timely manner with an abundance of info, more so than I could have asked for, on each and every property or town I inquired about. When I finally moved to Colorado, I was still in search of the place for my family and I to end up. Nick was willing, without complaint, to ensure every property that lined up with my check boxes was looked at, and every property I found was scheduled for a walkthrough regardless of if it was short notice or not.
