Nick Jenkins

Nick was extremely knowledgeable and hard-working. We found a house early on in the process in the neighborhood wanted, and he quickly worked to get us from "almost square 1" to "ready to submit a bid" in less than a day. He then worked to bring us through a difficult bidding process and helped us come up on top without costing too much extra! Nick is very friendly, and easy to work with - he kept in contact with us on our own terms (millennial-style email and texting :-)). He was very good at keeping us up to date on was going on in a sometimes opaque process. I have already recommended Nick to a friend and would not hesitate to reccomend him to others!

We had the pleasure of working with Nick on the purchase of our home. We found him to be dedicated, conscientious , and very professional. We not only grew to like him on a personal level but our family had the utmost respect for his efforts. We always knew he had our best interest in mind and he got the job done.

Let me start by saying Nick is great. He was our buying agent. We found him after going with other agents that just didn't work out for us. He brings professionalism to the table and listened to our needs as clients. We kept a few of his cards just so we can refer him future business. We are starting to move in our new house this weekend.
