Nick Issa knows the entire East Bay area and was very helpful in our search for a home. He is hard working and has a great attitude, he managed to take a lot of the stress out of the whole process. Many times we took our young children to view houses and they quickly started looking forward to these "outings". He also proved to be an astute negotiator. We were in competition with other bidders and with Nick's help our offer was accepted even though it was not the highest amount.
