Nick was great to deal with on both selling our house and looking for a new home to better suit our growing family. He listened to our needs and wants, gave insightful tips/opinions, and successfully helped us into a house perfect for us. He was mindful of our budget, yet negotiated more money on our closing costs to help stretch the needed renovations further after our closing. Within 5 days of listing my house Nick was contacting me with an offer! He had marketed the house properly, prepared us with ideas and tips for cleaning the house and de-cluttering it to make it more appealing to the buyers. Nick took on our short sale in Tampa. He went out of his way to familiarize himself with my market which was far from the markets he typically handled.
