From the start, Nick was a great aid to the success of finding our dream home within our short timeline. While being 7 months pregnant, my partner and I needing to find a home fast to accommodate our growing family. Nick found us several listings within the neighborhoods we wanted to stay in, the price range we could afford and the additional features of the home we needed for our lifestyle. He was able to help us narrow down our options, prior to viewing in person, so that we could make our showings as productive as possible. We also thought it may be difficult to find a new home during Covid, however, Nick ensured our safety during each private showing that we attended through wearing face masks and practicing social distancing. My partner and I couldn’t have found our dream home without Nick’s swift hard work that ultimately led us to finding our home and moving in shortly after our childs birth.
