Nick Fisher is hands down the best. I had two empty lots I've been trying to sell for years. The first realtor simply listed them and did nothing- letting the listing expire without notifying me. The second agent wasn't any better. Once I found Nick, things started to happen. He took initiative right away, approached a developer, and quickly discovered there was genuine interest.
