During the time I was selling my house the market was going so fast. Nick was able to come out to initially look at my house the same day I called the Realty company. He sent a professional photographer to get amazing shots of the property and neighborhood. He helped connect me with the various repair companies to get items repaired or updated as needed. We went under contract within a week of showing the property and closed shortly thereafter.

We met Nick in the fall of 2019, as we were getting ready to sell our home in Lafayette, CO and move to Lakewood, CO. Nick listed our home on the market and we had several offers by the end of the weekend. Given that we had not found a new home yet, Nick was able to negotiate for us to stay until we found and closed on a new home. The search started broad and Nick worked with us to learn about what we most valued in a home (yard, access to trails, garage). Nick also has a strong knowledge of home construction/renovation projects, which came in handy during the search as we knew some renovations would be needed for any home in our price range (we were not looking at new construction). In summary, the buying and selling of our home was not an easy task for Nick (admittedly, we were a bit difficult and kinda picky). However, 26+ years of experience shined as he skillfully and professionally dealt with any obstacles to get us into our new home (on a time crunch, since my wife was pregnant during this whole time). We're very glad that we went with Nick and plan on working with him in the future!
